ISNTREE's Green Tea Fresh Toner is absolutely brilliant on oily and combination. Infused with 80% green-tea extract, this antioxidant-rich toner reduces sebum over-production. It also soothes redness, revitalizes tired skin and hydrates dry patches. Use it to put your skin's pH back in equilibrium, and to prep your skin for the rest of your routine.

After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with toner and gently wipe across the entire face. Pat gently to aid absorption.
