SHIPPING & RETURNS
We accept returns on new and sealed products within 10 days of the delivery date for either a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to use toward future purchases. Only products purchased directly on gloworthy.co.bw are eligible for return and or refund.
FOR SALES: Kindly note that we cannot refund, accept or cancel returns for products purchased on sale.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
INCORRECT ITEMS: In the event that you receive incorrect items that you did not order in your order, please do contact us at hello@gloworthy.co.bwwithin 10 days from receipt of order so we can amend.
DAMAGED GOODS: If you receive damaged goods, please email us immediately upon receipt at hello@gloworthy.co.bw and we will assist you.
Refunds will exclude the amount of any shipping costs and return label fees. If you wish to use your own shipping method to send your items to us, please include your invoice or order number in your return shipment and send us a messageat hello@gloworthy.co.bw with the tracking information.
For international orders, any taxes or duties incurred against your purchase are non-refundable through Gloworthy as this is paid directly to your local customs. We can recommend reaching out to your local customs office for assistance with refunds on tax and duties collected for your returned order.
Repeated returns behavior may lead to the closure of your Gloworthy account or future orders being refused at our discretion.
Refunds

Once received, return packages are processed within 5-10 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your card account depending on your card issuer’s processing times.
If you do not see your refund within that time frame, we can recommend reaching out to your card issuer directly for further assistance.
